This Privacy Policy explains how SamSiddhi Services Pvt. Ltd. ("SamSiddhi", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit samsiddhigroup.in (the "Website") or contact us through it. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), SamSiddhi Services Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through the Website.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

When you use the "Start a Project" form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• your industry, requirement, estimated project size and preferred engagement;
• the contents of your message and any other information you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

The Website does not use its own cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. When your browser loads the Website, our hosting provider and the third-party services listed in section 5 may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested. This is a normal part of delivering web pages.

3. How we use your personal data

We use personal data only for the following purposes:

• to respond to your enquiry, requirement or partnership request;
• to discuss, prepare and provide proposals and services you ask about;

• Formspree, which receives and forwards the contact form on our behalf;
• our website hosting provider;
• Google Fonts and Unsplash, which serve the fonts and images the Website displays and receive your IP address and browser details when those files load;
• WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us through it, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy;
• companies within the SamSiddhi Group, where your enquiry concerns a group business;
• professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.

6. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry on any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
